Shipments are typically heavy (500 to 5,000 kg), require EASA Form 1, travel on dedicated transport stands, and have strict documentation requirements. Primary delivery point is Riga International Airport and partner MRO facilities in the Baltics.
Common AOG risks: incomplete EASA Form 1 documentation causing customs delay, shipment held at origin airport outside business hours, unavailable receiving window at MRO. Mitigation: pre-dispatch checklist, two-way ownership matrix between shipper, customs and MRO, and early deviation communication. For urgent low-weight shipments such as avionics or documents, we combine road transport to origin airport with the next available commercial flight.
