Before dispatch we verify: packaging and securing points on the engine stand, labeling, serial-number consistency, and full document package. EASA Form 1 is mandatory -- without it the MRO cannot accept the engine. Additional docs: CMR or AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, export/transit documents (EX1/T1). For post-Brexit UK shipments -- UK export declaration plus EU import customs. Document inconsistency is the most common cause of customs hold in this segment.

Road (primary AOG mode): two-driver crew, direct routing, GPS. Covers most European lanes. Airfreight: for individual engine modules or very urgent scenarios where size permits cargo hold or charter.
