What happened
Paper products absorb moisture quickly. Previous shipments arrived with water damage from condensation in curtainsider trucks during autumn rain. The client lost EUR 15,000 in one rejected delivery. They needed guaranteed dry transport regardless of weather.

How we handled it
We switched from curtainsider to closed box trucks for all paper shipments. Cargo space is inspected for leaks before loading. Desiccant bags are placed inside to absorb any residual moisture. Loading happens under cover at the factory dock. Each truck is assigned to a specific buyer with direct delivery - no transshipment points. Since implementing this protocol, zero moisture claims in 8 months.
