Music Equipment: Italy to Dubai - Road, Sea, and Air Combined
A Dubai entertainment venue ordered professional sound and music equipment from Italian manufacturers. Main consignment - mixing desks, amplifiers, speaker stacks, cabling - went by road to an Italian port and then by sea. Urgent items - custom microphones and monitoring systems needed for opening night - flew by air freight. We coordinated both streams to arrive within the same week.
What happened
The venue had a fixed opening date. Most equipment could travel by sea (3 weeks), but monitoring systems were customized late and had only 5 days to reach Dubai. Two logistics streams from the same origin to the same destination, arriving the same week.

Both cleared UAE customs through our Dubai partner. Delivered to the venue on consecutive days - sea cargo Monday, air cargo Wednesday. Installation crew started immediately.
