Modern stadiums run on screens. Scoreboards, video walls, broadcast cameras, replay systems, sound equipment - all of it sourced from specialized manufacturers, mostly in China. Over the course of our partnership, we have completed 22 separate shipments of LED and video equipment to football stadiums across all 5 countries where the organization operates.
What happened
Each stadium has unique screen sizes, mounting requirements, and control systems. Equipment is fragile, high-value, and often needed to arrive in time for a specific match or event. 22 shipments over the partnership - some by sea container, some by air freight for urgent deadlines.
What made it difficult
- 122 shipments across 5 countries - each with different customs and delivery requirements
- 2Fragile LED panels requiring anti-shock and anti-static packaging

How we handled it
Each shipment planned individually based on destination and urgency. Anti-static, shock-proof crating for all LED panels. CE documentation pre-prepared for EU destinations; separate compliance packages for UAE. For urgent match-day deadlines - air freight with on-board courier for the most critical components. Delivery to each stadium coordinated directly with the AV installation team.
