How we work
We provide the Federation with a dedicated logistics contact who understands their calendar and requirements. Match logistics are planned weeks in advance. School pitch deliveries are scheduled across multiple sites simultaneously, with our team managing multi-drop routes and on-site coordination. All government project documentation is handled in-house. Before a crucial Euro qualifier at Daugava Stadium, we delivered and installed temporary broadcast equipment in under 24 hours - the TV production crew arrived to find everything set up and tested.
