Stadium construction needs heavy machinery on site - and it needs to arrive before the first shovel hits the ground. We have delivered 14 units of construction equipment for football infrastructure projects across Latvia, Lithuania, and Cyprus. Excavators, wheel loaders, tandem rollers, plate compactors - sourced from European dealers and delivered on low-loaders to each project site.
What we deliver
Each stadium project has a phased construction plan. Machinery needs to arrive at specific milestones - earthworks equipment first, then compaction, then finishing. We coordinate with the construction manager to schedule each delivery to the correct site at the correct phase.
What made it difficult
- 114 machines - each oversized, requiring low-loader transport with permits
- 2Deliveries phased across construction milestones, not all at once
- 33 countries - Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus - different road regulations and permits
- 4Some units rented, some purchased - different documentation and return logistics
- 5Cyprus deliveries required sea freight (RoRo) from mainland Europe
How we handled it
Each machine sourced from the nearest available European dealer. Low-loader transport with oversized cargo permits arranged per country. For Cyprus - machines shipped via RoRo vessel from a European port. Delivery calendar aligned with the construction manager's phase plan. For rented equipment, we also handle the return logistics when each machine is no longer needed on site.
