Seasonal Fashion Collection: 4 FTL Trucks from Italy to Latvia
A Latvian fashion distributor needed their spring/summer collection from three Italian manufacturers in Veneto and Tuscany. 4 full trucks had to arrive before the season launch - any delay meant lost sales. We coordinated loading at three factories and delivered all trucks within 3 days.
What happened
The distributor had firm commitments to retail chains with a fixed launch date. Italian manufacturers finished production later than planned, leaving only 5 days before the collection had to be on store shelves. We had 3 days for transport and 2 days for warehouse processing.
What made it difficult

How we handled it
We assigned 4 trucks with double-deck garment hanging systems. Loading was scheduled at each factory in sequence - truck 1 started in Tuscany while trucks 2-4 loaded in Veneto. All CMR and packing lists were prepared in advance. GPS tracking gave the client real-time ETAs for warehouse planning.
