Auto Parts Express: Germany to Latvia in 2 Days
A Latvian automotive dealer network needed reliable weekly deliveries of original auto parts from German suppliers. Standard shipments of 6 europallets each week, with express delivery available when a customer's car is waiting on the lift. We built a regular schedule that keeps their workshop downtime to zero.
What happened
The dealer network was losing customers due to long wait times for parts. Their previous logistics setup involved multiple handlers and transit warehouses, resulting in 5-7 day delivery times. Parts sometimes arrived damaged from excessive reloading.
What made it difficult
